Quique is a recognized leader with more than 15 years of experience as a founder, operator and investor in enterprise software and service organizations. Before starting Advisr in 2018, he led Customer Success at Collective/Visto (acquired by Zeta Global). Prior to that, he held leadership positions in New York and London at Digital Broadcasting Group (acquired by Alloy), Independent Television Networks and Operative. Quique is also an angel investor in emerging technology businesses and funds. He’s passionate about outdoor sports and sits on the board of USA Nordic Sports. He lives in Bozeman, MT with his wife, daughter and son.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Jesse has merged his love of code and startups as a founder of four startups, including Pinch Media and JenJo, for which he’s built highly scalable platforms from the ground up. He’s also held roles at companies like Ghostery, Right Media and Yahoo. He enjoys getting his hands dirty in all aspects of technology. Even though Jesse has resided in New York City for over a decade, his heart (and frustration) still belongs to Philly sports teams.

Eric is a recognized startup and growth stage leader with experience across investing, advising, and operating numerous early stage companies through growth and monetization, including exits to Accenture and Vista Equity Partners among others. Outside of business, Eric's passion is family and community.

Jenny joined Advisr in 2022 to lead and continue to evolve our post-sales teams. Jenny is a global operations leader with 15+ years of experience leading, growing and optimizing operational teams. Jenny spent over 12 years with Sizmek by Amazon running global CS, support, creative and professional services teams spanning over 20 countries. Prior to joining Advisr, Jenny worked to establish and implement a PMO that included implementation and onboarding of media buying agencies to HudsonMX, an advertising software startup. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and two sons.

With over 15 years of expertise in the ad technology sector, Brian Beirne is a strategic leader driving new business growth at Advisr, since joining in 2022. His focus is on enabling clients to achieve seamless automation and operational efficiency across both linear and digital advertising. With a client-centric approach, Brian has a deep understanding of the evolving advertising ecosystem and helps deliver Advisr’s innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Based in New York, Brian enjoys balancing his professional endeavors with time spent with his family.

With over 15+ years of marketing experience, Callan joined Advisr in 2024 to lead and evolve their marketing strategy. Starting her career in the agency world before transitioning to publishing, Callan has managed Fortune 500 advertising accounts and supported innovative product launches. Her passion lies in crafting and executing marketing strategies that foster brand development and business growth, particularly in the media industry. Originally from the East Coast, Callan now resides in Crested Butte, Colorado, with her husband, daughter, and twin boys.

Howard joined Advisr in 2021 to lead all things Integration. He brings 17+ years of experience in the AdTech space, leading global professional services and product management teams. He is committed to optimizing processes and improving data integrity by working with partners and different technologies within the industry. Howard spent 14 years at Operative after spending several years at Oracle. Originally from New York, Howard now lives in Boston with his wife and daughter.

With a deep background in digital marketing, advertising technology development, and enterprise customer management, John joined Advisr in 2020 to lead the Customer Success and Implementation efforts. His role has evolved into supporting enterprise technology sales and solution architecture for new & existing clients. He has designed and implemented technology focused workflows to drive efficiency for sales teams of all sizes. John is based in New York, where he lives with his wife & son.

With extensive experience in media sales leadership, digital transformation, and technology, Jonathan joined Advisr in 2020 to lead efforts in user adoption through innovative training programs, resource development, and digital adoption technology. He is currently dedicated to ensuring the successful deployment and integration of the Advisr Platform, working closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and deliver customized solutions. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys traveling and spending time on the water. He lives in Charlotte with his wife, daughter, and son.

Oscar joined Advisr in 2022 after several years in the adtech space and more than 16 years in technology, mostly focused in the startup world. He is passionate about delivering solutions to problems quickly, iterating and seeing those solutions used in the real world. Since joining Advisr, he has touched on all corners of the platform, and is focused on developing and executing the product strategy for the company. Outside of work, Oscar’s other passions include tennis, his two French bulldogs, Betty and Wilma, cooking/fine dining and travel.
